2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
  • No Work Started:
    If a project has been paid for but no work has begun, a 100% refund may be issued.

    If work has started but no deliverables have been submitted, a partial refund may be issued based on hours already invested.

  • Deliverables Provided:
    Once any digital asset, strategy document, creative file, or consultation has been delivered, the service is considered rendered and non‑refundable.

  • Subscription or Retainer Services:
    Monthly retainers, ongoing social media management, and recurring service plans are non‑refundable once the billing cycle begins.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

The following are strictly non‑refundable:

  • Completed digital deliverables (videos, graphics, branding assets, websites, ad creatives)

  • Strategy sessions, consultations, or coaching calls already conducted

  • Third‑party expenses (ads, software, hosting, printing, licensing)

  • Rush fees or expedited service charges

  • Custom or special‑request projects

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of purchase for services not yet started

  • 48 hours after receiving the first draft or deliverable (only if the issue is service‑related and not preference‑based)

Requests submitted after these windows will not be eligible.

5. Revision Policy (Instead of Refunds)

WyCoast Media LLC prioritizes client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable:

  • We offer reasonable revisions based on the service package purchased.

  • Revisions do not reset the refund eligibility window.

  • Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
