Monthly retainers, ongoing social media management, and recurring service plans are non‑refundable once the billing cycle begins.
3. Non‑Refundable Items

Completed digital deliverables (videos, graphics, branding assets, websites, ad creatives)
Strategy sessions, consultations, or coaching calls already conducted
Third‑party expenses (ads, software, hosting, printing, licensing)
Rush fees or expedited service charges
Custom or special‑request projects
4. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within:
7 days of purchase for services not yet started
48 hours after receiving the first draft or deliverable (only if the issue is service‑related and not preference‑based)
Requests submitted after these windows will not be eligible.
5. Revision Policy (Instead of Refunds)
WyCoast Media LLC prioritizes client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable:
We offer reasonable revisions based on the service package purchased.
Revisions do not reset the refund eligibility window.
Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
